Size Guide
Finding the right fit is essential for your dog’s comfort and safety, so please take a moment to measure your dog before purchasing. We recommend following our measurement guide and choosing the size that allows the most room. If your dog is broad, has a thick coat, or sits at the top end of a size range, consider selecting the next size up.
Harnesses:
Measure the chest and neck (in that order of importance for fit). Refer to the size chart below for the best match.
How to Measure:
Neck:
Measure around the base of the neck (where the collar sits), allowing enough room for two fingers between the tape and the fur.
Length:
Measure from the base of the neck (collar position) along the spine to the base of the tail.
Chest:
Measure around the widest part of the chest, usually just behind the front legs.
Papa’sbulls Top Tip: This is the most important measurement for harness sizing.
Waist for Harness Fit:
To ensure a comfortable harness fit, use a soft measuring tape and measure your dog’s waist just behind the front legs.
